Learning takes place beyond the classroom, whether at recess, walking to the bus, and everywhere in between. We understand how crucial site design is to a successful school, since the connection to the landscape aids learning by calming young minds. Our projects emphasize landscape character, safety, surveillance, variety of gathering spaces, and opportunities for social interaction. We stay current on the latest in sustainability, play equipment and safety regulations. We have as much fun designing schools as the kids have learning in them.
